CODING ACADEMY OF JERUSALEM

Over the past couple of years, our reputation has grown to make us one of the most important educational centers in Jerusalem in various fields. We provide trainings in a number of fields includes information technology, entrepreneurship, digital marketing and many other fields. Recently we partnered up with the Palestine Polytechnic University to provide a number of diplomas in different Information Technology programs. Those diplomas are provided from the University as well as the Ministry of Labor. The diploma program is open to those who finished 10th grade and above.
Coding Academy of Jerusalem, CAJ, is targeting different age groups, children, youth, women and men. We provide different types trainings in schools and in our facility. Our potable computer lab helps us to go to schools and community centers to provide different trainings including robotics and programming.

More About Coding Academy of Jerusalem
Coding Academy of Jerusalem, CAJ, is the first of its kind in East Jerusalem, it is specialized in IT training.
Information Technology, IT, is becoming one of the main industries and part of every industry in the world; we built the Coding Academy of Jerusalem to get a majority of the public in East Jerusalem to learn, understand and love IT in its different fields and to solve the existing & identified problems.
CAJ will provide both curricular and extracurricular trainings, courses and workshops to address students’ needs and get them to the desired level of IT and computer literacy.
CAJ main objectives are:
Improve the students’ level in IT and computer literacy
Expand on the curricular and extracurricular activities outside the typical classroom
Provide the students with the needed IT skills
Provide an IT environment outside the school to expand on the curricular
Provide the students the best IT environment including software and trainers to allow them to get creative
Get the students exposed and interested in a different IT fields i.e. graphic design, programming, robotics, animation, …
Computer literacy for older trainees
The Academy’s business strategy will work in the following major programs:
Conducting trainings and workshops, provide a variety of different trainings to our stakeholders.
Daily activities in schools, we will schedule daily activities at schools for programming and robotics. Coding academy staff will be going to schools after school session has ended to conduct different trainings at the school premises. Such training activities will ease any parents’ worry, if any, by knowing that their kids are at school premises and not outside schools.
Partnership with civil society, we will conduct partnership with civil society organizations who are willing to conduct trainings at our academy or at their premises. Such organizations could be in Jerusalem or have in interest to work in Jerusalem.
Long term bootcamps, we will conduct long-term bootcamps for coding and other skills for adults including women to provide them with needed skills to apply in their current or future jobs.
